Job Title: Senior Business Change Manager

Location: Brighton/hybrid

Salary: £63,089 Per Annum

Contract: Full-time

• Guide and support delivery of complex, high-impact change initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, organisational capacity and delivery outcomes.

• Deliver structured change management support aligned to delivery plans and organisational objectives.

• Focus on the people side of change, including changes to business operating models, culture, processes, systems and technology, job roles and organisation structures.

• Support the development of change agent networks and communities of practice.

• Create and implement change management strategies and plans that address resistance and maximise change adoption and usage.

• Work to drive benefit realisation, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes.

• Work with senior leaders and executives to help them fulfil their roles as project / change / product owners and sponsors.

• Work with project and delivery managers and with operational managers where appropriate to coach and support them in their roles, as they deliver and implement change.

• Help project and change initiative teams integrate change management activities into their project plans, including by supporting self-service delivery of business change.

• Support the development of change management frameworks, tools, guidance, processes and training.
