About the team

We are looking for an experienced, motivated, designer to deliver high-quality content primarily for web and social media for Ofqual.

The position is based within a communications team of 15. You will act as a guardian of best practice for accessibility and maintaining brand standards, building on government guidelines for both. You will line manage the Social and Digital Communications Officer who will assist on content creation.

What will the post holder be doing?

You will lead on ensuring the supply of high-quality graphic design, photography, sound and video products for internal and external communication channels including web, publications and social media.

The role is a mixture of hands-on content creation, particularly video for social media, and managing colleagues and external agencies.
You’ll be working to the high standards set out by the Government Communication Service (GCS), whilst abiding by Government Digital Service (GDS) principles.
