About us

The Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) is the independent regulator for nurses and midwives across the UK, and nursing associates in England, protecting the public by promoting high standards and supporting confidence in the professions. • Strategic and influential leadership expertise in delivering high-quality research, analysis and intelligence in complex settings.

• Strong command of research and analytical methods, with expertise in intelligence sharing frameworks.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to both specialist and non specialist audiences.

• A proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, drive improvement and innovation, and manage multiple workstreams effectively.

• Experience in regulatory, government or public sector environments, with the ability to collaborate, inspire curiosity and ensure insight work delivers meaningful organisational and sector-wide impact.
