Job Summary
Working with senior leaders to help develop, implement and adapt the optimal strategy for achieving our objectives.
The role
The role holder will undertake demanding, intellectually stimulating work as part of a small, dynamic team. They will:
• Support the development and delivery of our strategic objectives, including by embedding, updating and driving delivery of our strategic plans.
• Provide strategic support to teams across the organisation, tackling diverse challenges in a complex regulatory environment.
• Identify emerging opportunities and risks, helping the organisation to adapt as the world changes around us.
• Manage the organisation’s Leadership Development Programme, supporting high potential individuals to thrive.
About you
We are looking for someone who:
• Is intellectually curious and analytically rigorous. We need an all-round problem solver, but familiarity with quantitative analytical methods would be an advantage.
• Is motivated to work in a dynamic environment.
• Is able to grasp complex ideas quickly.
• Has strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues across the organisation.
• Is highly organised, with experience of project or programme management.
