As a Lead Product Manager, you will be at the heart of our user and business-centric approach, working in multidisciplinary squads alongside other talented and passionate professionals. Your role will involve making informed decisions to deliver business value, embracing a fail-fast mentality, iterating, and continuously improving our services to meet the needs of our users and align with strategic priorities.
You will apply Agile and Lean practices to select the best delivery methods, adapt when things don't work, and encourage experimentation. You will help teams measure and visualise outcomes, promoting reflective practice to improve ways of working.
