Location: Hybrid working (one day per week onsite at our London office – SE11)

Salary: £61,136 per annum

The Fitness to Practise Operations Manager will lead the department, overseeing and supervising the Investigators and Caseworkers, with full support and strategic guidance from the Director of Fitness to Practise.

Responsibilities will include the steady listing of cases before the Investigating Committee and the scheduling of hearings referred from the Investigating Committee, ensuring that the Director of Fitness to Practise is fully apprised of matters in the caseload and our performance data.

We are looking for an experienced manager with relevant experience in dealing with casework management, a good understanding of regulatory environments and their associated legal frameworks.
