The General Chiropractic Council (GCC) provides a regulatory framework for chiropractors and ensures the safety of patients undergoing chiropractic treatment in the UK.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Committee Coordinator and Protection of Title Caseworker to join our Fitness to Practise Directorate, supporting the organisation to meet its statutory responsibilities.
This is a varied and impactful role where you will coordinate committee processes, support regulatory hearings, and lead investigatory work relating to illegal practice (protection of title cases).
You will play an important role in ensuring the GCC’s Practice Committees operate effectively, while supporting timely and robust investigations into concerns relating to unregistered individuals practising as chiropractors.

Key responsibilities include:
Coordinate and schedule Fitness to Practise Committee hearings and meetings
Support Investigating, Professional Conduct and Health Committees
Manage hearing logistics, documentation, and communications with parties
Maintain accurate case records and contribute to reporting
Support panel members and help ensure effective hearings
Lead investigations into protection of title (Section 32) cases
Liaise with internal teams to support information sharing and continuous improvement
Support committee effectiveness, training, and feedback processes
Our Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual with experience in administration, casework, or a regulatory environment.
You will bring:
Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience
Experience working in a structured or regulated environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
Experience handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities
Experience supporting meetings, hearings, or committees
Strong organisational and record-keeping skills
A methodical and analytical approach to work
Ability to build effective working relationships across teams

Salary: £34,743 per annum
Full-time (35 hours per week)
Hybrid working (typically 1–2 days per week in the London office, SE11)
