Our 2024 conference theme ‘A smarter future for UK regulation?’ was posed to address the challenges presented by economic, technological and social pressures. This year’s annual conference will consider the opportunities and risks of the UK government’s smart regulation programme and how regulatory practices need to adapt and change.
