Job description

TM Forum is a global alliance of 800+ communication service providers, vendors, hyper-scalers, and system integrators, who collaborate and innovate with us to bring positive change to the telecoms and tech sectors in the AI era. Building on a rich history, and technological breakthroughs that helped to create the connected world we enjoy today, the Forum turns ideas into practical actions at industrial scale, so that our members can innovate, modernise, and automate their business.

As VP, Marketing and a member of our Leadership Community, you will play a central role in the Forum and will be passionate about delivering best-in-class communications. Reporting to our Chief Operating Officer, it will be your role to bring our three new strategic Missions to life through a new marketing strategy, telling the story of the difference our work makes, to build our impact and influence on the sector. Change is also happening across TM Forum, and you will be invited to lead and contribute to a range of change initiatives that are improving our alignment, commercial success and operations.

We welcome interest from people with a commercial mindset and experience in senior marketing and communications roles in B2B, preferably in the TMT sector. You will bring a track record of creating and implementing successful marketing strategies, including product promotion, branding and multi-channel marketing through digital channels. At TM Forum, we expect to see our values exemplified in every person who works here. We call this the TM Forum way, and it is this which makes this a special place to work.

This role is based at TM Forum’s London office on Liverpool Street. Agile working is an important part of TM Forum’s culture. To support the delivery of business outcomes, and as a member of the Leadership Team, you will be expected to spend time in the office regularly. Some international travel will be required to attend key TM Forum stakeholder meetings, global conferences and innovation hubs.

TM Forum is committed to being a diverse and inclusive employer and we encourage applications from all walks of life.
